The LiFE Multi Academy Trust is seeking a strategic and highly organised Marketing and Communications Lead. This is a pivotal role designed to unify the brand voice across our diverse secondary and primary academies while managing a specialised team of site-based professionals.
The successful candidate will deliver and develop as required a communication and marketing strategy and associate tactical plans in line with the development and growth of the Trust. You will play an active role in all aspects of the Trust’s communications and marketing and provide input, support and advice to the Executive team, Headteachers and Operational Leads. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to present innovative, ambitious and creative marketing campaigns and strategies to a range of stakeholders.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust, promoting our schools to students, parents, potential future employees and the wider community. You will build on existing relationships and links with our local community groups and organisations, and enhance engagement opportunities. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and have journalism experience, ensuring high-quality storytelling and communication.
